The Week with Most Weight Loss

Hello All,
I'm curious. Besides your first week or two where you (most likely) lost the most weight on IP, what was your best week for weight loss, how much did you lose and what do you think the reasons were?
My biggest loss after the first 2 weeks was 4 pounds. About 5 weeks into IP, I went from 164 to 160 pounds. That was about a year ago, I checked my food diary, I was eating steak and kale all week. I was averaging about the same amount of calories as other weeks, but my fat intake was def higher. The preceding week, I had stalled on weight loss.
I'm ultimately curious if you have been able to associate best practices with the most weight loss.

My best week was about week 12-14 I had three great 6.6lbs lost each of those weeks. I found that when I eat my lunch if I had a little bit of my whole protein with lunch and then the rest at dinner I didn't eat the snack protein as often. I don't know if that was it or the fact that I was using coconut oil to cook everything. But every time I had a 6.6lb week around week 5 but then followed by several slow weeks. Now my body has about 2 great weeks if I follow very strictly and 2 slow weeks that are adjustment weeks. So it always averages to about 4lbs a week in the long run. 53lbs/12 weeks equaled about 4.4 lbs per week.0
