That sounds just like me... I did the cortisol tests and it was so odd, my levels are way way low except between lunch and dinner when they spike super high. I started taking an herbal adrenal support, not sure if it helping now, but it did for a while.

With my docs advice, I am taking several supplements rather than typical thyroid meds. Up until this week I was thrilled, but I may need to rebalance them or something. My little one (isn't so little) he turned seven in Dec and keeps me on my toes. I am back focusing on MFP since January when I seemed to get my hormonal system mostly working normally again. I keep pondering the insanity workout - I do taekwondo and at the gym they may us samples of it on a periodic basis.

My rings seem to go from falling off to so tight I can't stand them over the course of a day. If I am really good about taking my natural thyroid and cortisol supplements it helps, but otherwise I will change 7 to 10lbs over the course of a day. I tried taking some potassium and it does help.
