  • I just finished my first week. And I've been sore since day one, mostly because each DVD focuses on different parts so I don't think I'll be so sore next week (god willing). It's only been a week but I feel MUCH better physically though I doubt I look too different. My clothes are already starting to fit a bit better…

  • I'm on Day 6 and I'm sore. I can feel it working though. In just one week my tummy which was hanging over my pant top (ick) is still hanging but less. I have my first weigh in on Wednesday so I'll see weight wise, but I feel so much better in just a week though I can barely walk until my muscles have warmed up. Be prepared…
