I use it fairly often and mostly for a "biscuit" (haven't tried pancakes) and I like them with a bit of sausage gravy too. I have also tried adding various flavors such as cinnamon (and raisins before low carbing it), or cocoa powder and a bit of stevia, -- these bake up just like the plain ones do. I haven't checked blood…

Wow, great weight loss. No new meds- I do take an anti-inflammatory but I was doing that before starting myfitness. I will keep working at it and remember that I do feel so much better than before and slow loss is better than gaining back!

My high weight was230 so first goal was 175 (weight when I got married) but I would like to get to 150 and see how that feels/looks -- I am short so that might still be too much.
