Thank you for the tips :) Well I just did the work out and I feel like dying lol, looking forward to being able to do it without feeling like this afterward though!

I was thinking about this yesterday, I have been big for as long as I can remember and in some ways I'm scared of losing it all since it's all I've ever known. I've only just started on my weight loss journey but it has been playing on my mind.. I even asked my partner if he would still find me attractive if I were slim…

Rather than pay for lessons could you perhaps offer to muck out, groom and be a general help on the yard for a couple of hours at weekends in return for lessons? I can appreciate you don't need lessons but it's probably for the owners peace of mind that anyone riding their horses is an able and safe rider. Different places…

So far I'm logging everything, meeting my excersise goals but nowhere near my calorie goals. Most days I'm having a calorie deficit of over 1000 and I'm not hungry enough to eat those extra ones either. I could reach those goals is if I re-introduced the foods and drinks I'm avoiding but I'm not going to do that. I'm happy…

Are you able to keep some before and after photos? Because the change in your body size and shape will take time, it might be hard to notice the difference when you look in the mirror because you don't see the day to day change, but if you can take a photo every so often I'm sure you'll see the difference :)

I drank alot of coke but since joining this site nearly a week ago I havn't had a drop. It's there in the fridge if I 'need' it and for when people visit.. a friend came round and had a glass the other day but I stuck to my guns and had a glass of white grape and peach juice instead. I'm going out this evening and I intend…

My brother goes to a jujitsu class a couple of times a week and he has lost a large ammount of weight from it aswell as gaining lots of muscle. Though he has also come away with 2 broken ribs, countless nosebleeds and a broken big toe.. he loves it!

I did the 100 with a couple of breaks, it showed me how unfit I really am but feel good for doing them :)

I love a toasted bagel with low fat cream cheese, chorizo slices and sliced vine ripened tomatoes. A peice of fruit and a packet of walkers sunbites and a glass of fruit juice (normally white grape and peach). It's quick, tasty, filling and not many calories

Would a wii balance board work ok as a stand? It doesn't allow me to drop my heel very low but then neither does my fitness level
-
Is a calf stand really needed? I think I could manage these but don't have a stand

I not only struggle with motivation to exercise but I find it physicaly difficult due to a medical issue. I'm doing my best to keep motivated though. My partner and I have agreed to going for a walk a few days a week when he gets in from work and I think having a 'walking buddy' is the best kind of motivation I could get.…

My favourite would have to be cinnamon grahams but I think they changed their name and since joining MFP I havn't had any. Instead I've been having Alpen swiss recipe or special K honey clusters with some fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and cherries mixed in, it makes an otherwise fairly dull bowl of cereal…

Chinese is probably the hardest thing for me to say no to.. but I made a seriously tasty chilli beef stir fry the other night and it beat the chinese on flavour and healthiness hands down!

Thanks so much for the help, that explains alot, though I don't know that I would want to fit more food in than I already am! I use to skip breakfast and would often skip lunch, so I'm having to remind myself to eat throughout the day otherwise Id slip into old habbits and have a large dinner. I am obese, so it is alright…
