Grapes are 60kcals per 100g. I eat them often and have seen it written on some of the packaging and it corresponds with the database. x

Turkey mince is lean and tasty. I find quorn is lower in calories but it's quite tasteless and don't like the texture.

Even if the moths in my pocket allowed it, I don't think I could ever opt for surgery. But thanks for your reply. x

Love it. Congrats! x

This is a nice idea.

I was wondering this too actually. Because my mum is going into hospital for an op soon and I was wondering if she would be able to stick to a low calorie limit without it affecting her recovery. x

To be honest, I'm the opposite right now. Since I started being healthy, I have felt great generally. I still have low days from time to time but they are less frequent and shorter. I would suggest talking to your doctor. Maybe you came off your meds too soon and you need to go back on them but at a lower dose. It may just…

The Shape Delights ones are nice, zero fat about 80 cals and lots of different flavours. Sainsburys have them on offer just now too. The muller light are nice too. Love the cheesecake ones only 100 cals a pot. x

I will keep it in mind. Thanks a lot. x

I too have polycystic ovaries. Was gutted when I found out. But this is a little light at the end of the tunnel and I'm running for it at to speed, just hope it's not a train! :-p Not sure about these things you mention. I think I'd rather wait and see whet happens when I lose more weight. And if things still look bleak, I…

Go bare foot. :-)

I have never used it myself but I know people who have and it's always the best thing since sliced bread for the first few months. But personally I think it does nothing that yourself and MFP can't do. A massive waste of money in my opinion. Good luck. x

I started not logging exercise a few days ago, so it's too early to tell if it's doing me any good. So I guess I had the same thought as your good self. Good luck. x

Any loss is a good loss. Besides, you must be pretty close to your ideal weight so that's about normal rate of loss for someone your size, sucks but it's true. And it only gets harder the closer you get. Good luck x

I have taken to eating weetabix and banana twice a day. I find it usually sustains me quite well until late afternoon, 2 biscuits with milk and a small banana comes to 300 calories and it keeps you going almost till dinner time. Rice cakes are good to fill a hole, mini babybel light (only 40 calories and you can…

Wow! Congrats! That's amazing. I'm in the same boat. All my clothes are hanging off me but I can't afford new ones. Think I have some old clothes from my high school days lying around somewhere but I'm a long way from fitting into them and they might be quite disastrous, fashion wise.

LOL! Reading this post and the first reply made me laugh a lot, basically because I am totally there with you all the way. People are always asking me how I do it. And CK is so right. People are just looking for a quick and easy fix. I think also that, certainly in my case at least, they don't think I can do the healthy…

I like that Idea, think I might try it some time. Thank you. x

I'm on my third day and it sucks. :-( I feel vile. Have no energy to do exercise and everything hurts. I'm only thankful I don't have the ravenous appetite I usually have. I have actually been doing really well food wise this week, despite this. Just wish I had energy to exercise. :-(

Well done! You look amazing! xxx

Brilliant! Well done. Always nice to hear success stories. x

I take my vitamins at night because I take Xenical and I kinda have to take them at night so they get into my system. But I would say morning or night would be just as fine. As for the oil, a good idea would be to measure how much you put in the pan and add at least half of that to your diary. It will most likely be an…
