I'm so sorry for the heartache you and your family are going through. I am rubbish at being the proactive support in times of crisis and sadness, but know that you and yours are in my thoughts. Having had a child at 27 weeks who nearly didn't make it, I can only guess at some of the sadness you feel.

Try looking up Blogilates on YouTube. Cassey Ho, the instructor is adorable, and she has over 100 videos targeting specific areas and they're all free, and you don't need any equipment, though you might find a yoga mat helpful

Fat is stored in a haphazard way, and the body will lose it where it pleases, not in any real order. Don't forget, good bodies are made more in the kitchen than they are in the gym (or wherever you do your working out).

I've got the 250gb hard drive, and I'm down to 20gb, I've got a partition set up on an external HD with another 20 odd GB storage. I'm a pretty hardcore gamer though, so I get a lot of DLC and also install my games while I play them a lot

Exercise has been something that has really helped move things along as it were. I know it's not always possible to go like the clappers, and it's not always necessary. Just a decent length of time moving about purposefully should help things along.
