  • Every day. A couple of cookies here, a bag of crisps there. If it fits into my calorie goal, I don't let myself suffer from wanting.
  • Feel free to add me; 27, Xbox 360 and PS3 console gamer, 3DS fanatic. Feature length anime watcher. Bioware - Dragon Age, Mass Effect *kitten*. First read The Hobbit when I was 8, got my first console age of 5 (Sega Master System). Fantasy, supernatural, historical. Hit me up for Twitter and other social sheezay.
  • Most weight gain from anti-depressants is caused by a couple of things. 1: it makes you lethargic/tired. So moving around more gets left by the wayside for naps. 2: some of them affect your water retention 3: some of them do both It's really difficult to be depressed, and want to work out. I myself have been on Citalopram…
  • Its hard to say to give you something to aim for, as we all hold our weight in different places. My friend and I are the same height, and we both wear the same size jeans. However, she carries her weight in her hips, and I carry mine in my belly.
  • I've got a sleeve in progress, as well as 14 other tattoos (but some are on my back, so not so easy to get a pic of with no-one to help!) I also have my bridge of my nose, my septum, and nostril pierced, two lip piercings, and my ears stretched. (You can see in my profile pics)
  • I mainly use Iceland for my frozen things, and I get free delivery. I have to pay for delivery from Asda unless I spend over £100, which lets face it, is not gonna happen any time soon lol. My friend will usually take me to Asda if I ask her, but I don't often have reason to go. I get my veg and stuff at Tesco.
  • I have PCOS, and I am stuck doing it the hard way. I know no-one is going to offer me surgery, because I am losing weight, albeit slowly. I'm sorry if this isn't what you want to hear, but I would rather do it the hard way even if it takes another two years to lose this 60lbs left of the 90lb I had to lose. I want that…
  • But I HAVE to buy things on a week to week basis because my budget doesn't stretch to buy something in bulk. If I buy something in bulk, it means having to cut something else out that we need.
  • They do weigh the same, the muscle just takes up less space on the body, and fat takes up more.
  • I can push to eggs I think. I'm gonna have to just get over that... but the consistency really makes me gag. But fish is a no go. I have brown rice, and use it for things like curries, but find it takes an age to cook, so don't use it too often. Its also more expensive than white rice. I can get mince real cheap in my…
  • I've stopped my gym membership a couple of months back thinking that would help with the money situation, and the other things I pay for are the essential utilities (gas and electricity). Fruit is reasonably cheap, as is veg, this is why we get a butt load of it each week. Meat on the other hand is pretty pricey. I just…
  • Thanks for the replies so far guys, I'll check back in a bit, I gotta grab my son from school and try to find something that won't rip my bank account in twaine for dinner HAHA
  • I don't pay to see her, it was a requirement (REQUIREMENT) from my consultant at the hospital to see her because they didn't believe I was doing as much as I said I was doing, or eating what I said I was eating, and not making weight loss progress fast enough. They wouldn't give me any treatment for my issue until I saw…
  • 3 chicken breasts (pre-cooked) in a store with less than decent quality food, is £3, fresh from a butcher, it's by weight and ends up a lot more. My other halfs sister once bragged to me they bought some lamb which cost £16, and I quietly gnawed my cheek, because thats half my usual weekly budget. Half my weekly budget on…
  • Yeah I like peanut butter, and we do have it normally in the house as the other half likes it, but I don't like the idea of just spooning it out and slapping it on things haha. I think I'm really scared of doing something wrong, and my lack of knowledge is really holding me back. To me, the amount of food I would have to…
  • I have been on the extended release, and the normal release, it's given me horrible runs, to the point where I've been walking my son back home from school and though I was going to poo myself explosively, it's given me cramps, wind, and for all that trouble? I've not seen any benefits from it. I was put on it the same…
  • Yeah, I do both resistance and weights, with bands and hand weights. My friend also has her boyfriends bar and weights which I use when I go round there.
  • Most people find them much more accurate than the cheaper versions. Because they go off your weight, sex, and inputs that you yourself put in and the chest monitor can monitor your heart rate more closely than a wrist watch one. If you want to check, you can use this site…
  • You can find the links here. However, I am no responsible for what you may or may not do with the information provided ;) http://pirateproxy.net/search/brazil%20butt%20lift/0/99/0
  • Many of them have ingredients, or claim to have ingredients that will apparently detox or help boost metabolism. 99% of diet pills have not been clinically tested, and the ones that claim they have cite findings from trials done on similar pills over 50 years ago. Rather than pay for a bunch of chemicals, or active…
  • Actually, I am guilty of this. Some days I eat under 1000 calories, because I've stuffed myself on fruit and vegetables, and am really not hungry. My downfall is that I don't eat fish or eggs because I absolutely cannot stomach them. So I really have no other idea what I can eat.
  • Wait, what?
  • Doctor put me on Depakote, but a: they're the size of horse tranquilizers and I found them really hard to take, and b: the side effects list is longer than my arm, and c: after seeing what happened to my friends wife who gained 60lbs in a matter of months, I decided I was going to boss it out without them, probably…
  • Panting for breath is good, it means you're working hard, which is the aim of the game essentially. However, don't be fooled. BBL isn't just butt and leg moves, it does incorporate an all over body workout.
  • Are you able to swim? Perhaps you could do some light yoga while wearing a supportive yet soft bra?
  • You can't pick and choose where your fat is lost, that's something you can't control. You can try pilates exercises to tone your inner thighs, Blogilates on Youtube has some good 5 minute ones :)
  • My gym only did Les Mills, so Body Combat and Body Balance. Since I quit the gym (gross, nothing was ever cleaned!), I got the Body Combat Ultimate Warrior home workout program, Turbofire and Insanity.
  • I've heard often its recommended you get a heart rate monitor with a chest strap, as it tracks your heart rate more effectively than a wrist pulse monitor.
  • My guess is fluid retention. I get swollen ankles sometimes after I run.
  • If I've done this right... This is me (on the left, obv) lol with Adam Leadbeater, we met last year in a bar down the road from my house. He is the voice of Chester Cheetos, and was in Lost and True Blood. He took me out for drinks, and messages me on a reasonably regular basis still (particularly now I've lost more…
