I love the Ross no sugar added bars. Our Walmart sells then in the diabetic section of their pharmacy (Canada). Only 1 carb for the dark chocolate, and it's delish! 3 carbs for the mint chocolate (the only 2 I've tried).

Not sure why the quotation marks, but at various times over the years they have eaten steady diets of corn, or layer feed, or free range, and so far it hasn't seemed to affect the peeling.

@MarieLoms It looks like that is a Canadian gym chain and not very big (only two in all of Ontario) so I wouldn't be surprised if there's not a lot of feedback here. But it looks good to me, FWIW. :)

Had a fantastic day downhill skiing with the kids today, packed all my own keto food and picked up a burger (no bun) from McDonalds on the way home for dinner. What a change from previous ski days -- it feels great!!
