I saw all kinds of women trying on "one piece" outfits at Aritzia earlier this month. I had to tell one woman to NOT buy it. Just cause it goes on, doesn't mean you look good in it! She just looked at me like "skinny *****". LOL I just couldn't take it anymore. I had to say something! There are lots of clothes that don't…

Thanks, that was great!

I guess you could look at it as lucky, but I'm actually gaining weight. I keep saying it's muscle, but I am not sure...weird.

I gave up trying to reduce them. I just keep exercising and buy pants that fit. Took a while to find some though.

Muffin top...I was sick of being not bad size but spilling over the top of any nice jeans I bought.

I'd love to be an "angel". Even just for one day.. Love watching it every year.

I find I stay a better weight if I don't eat breakfast. I eat mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon, dinner, and that's it.

And I want to scream if anybody else tells me to "eat back my calories". :-)

It has told me for the last 2 weeks I'd be 114 pounds if I ate like this every day. When in fact...I've GAINED weight. I think they should trash that part of this application.

I also don't eat back my calories. If I do, I gain weight. I can't seem to eat any more than 1200 calories in a day or I expand, like this week. I walk 1 hour per day and eat well. It is frustrating to look at the scale and see a higher number. I am not losing inches either nor was that the plan.

I can't go without getting a giant plate of chili nachos and a huge mojito. LOL Thank goodness we don't have one near us!

Every day. For sure I am obsessed. Not healthy

Oh why did you have to post this!!!!!!! Ahhh....peanut buster parfait!! I want one NOW.

Keep a diary for a week or two. See what makes you sick and what doesn't. My husband had this problem and he only eats what doesn't make him sick. Makes it difficult when we travel for sure. Truth was that the only cure was eating only what didn't make him sick. Good luck!!! I have seen how awful this is and hope you get…

I rarely go close to my "recommended" calorie intake. I make up for it on days when I eat out at restaurants. Doesn't seem to hurt me.

We went to France a few months before the 10th Anniversary. Bought a fancy bottle of champagne for the anniversary but never drank it. lol Maybe we'll save it for our 25th??

I think the theory of eating back your calories might work while you're still losing, however, when you hit your goal number the fun begins! It's a constant game with my food. Up one day, down the next. yadda yadda I know if I eat more than 1300 calories a day I gain again...MFP thinks I should eat 1600 calories a day or…

This is exciting! Sounds as much fun as the Zip lock bag omlettes I made a few years ago.

Chili Nachos from Applebee's - my mouth is watering so bad right now!

I generally have to eat something every 3 hours or I feel like crap. I get increidbly irritable if I miss a meal.

We went last summer. Beautiful place. If you can afford it, I'd recommend staying in the Park, at least 1 night. We stayed outside the park in Oakhurst. Great place with large rooms, breakfast, etc. I'd be happy to share info from our adventure!

Only thing that helped me was buying New Balance hikers and running shoes. The footbed in them worked wonders for me. My birkenstocks are also OK. Anything else seems to just make the problem flare up.

I may have seen this warning, but have ignored it. :-) 1200-1400 is my goal but some days I eat under it. Some days I just don't want anymore.

I was out for lunch with family. They all had pop, cheeseburgers and fries (with dipping sauce). I had an appetizer bruschetta bread and a salad with nuts, veggies, cranberries, dressing, and a water. I got so much slack for eating so well. Did they want me to order half a cow?
