calorie counting obsession
I've found myself with a calorie counting obsession. I'm at goal weight now and still can't stop counting. Anyone else have this problem? I really think it's becoming an OCD.

Tunturi Rowing machine - strokes per minute
I have a Tunturi rowing machine. I will do approx. 30 strokes per minute at the level 3 or 4 setting. 5'7 female, 124 pounds. Rowing question
I am 5'7, 124lbs. I have recently started rowing again. I have a tunturi rower at home. What is acceptable duration and resistance for someone my size? I have only been able to do 10 minutes at level 4. When I was rowing more, I was doing 15 minutes at level 4. Just curious what others have been doing. Thanks

Dress suggestions for 5'7 and 123 pounds - pear shape
I'm hoping somebody might be able to help me out. I'm pear shape, 5'7, 123 pounds. I need a summer dress for weddings, dinners that is at knee length (to hide scars, etc). All I have found are very long or shorter than I want. Something semi-formal that I can wear to dinners and to wedding functions. Help! Thanks!

Exercise and muscle gain question
I was at goal weight in October. Since then I've consistently been doing about 1 hour of exercise per day, including treadmill, elliptical and rowing. I feel great and strong. What's the deal with the huge kick on protein shakes, bars, etc? I read things from people who are on the treadmill for 1/2 hour and then "oh my goodness I need some protein". Maintainers - 5'7 females ??
I'm 5'7 and trying to maintain 122 pounds. I had only 14 pounds to lose but now that I'm at my goal weight, I find it so difficult. There are so many temptations. I also find I can't eat more than 1200 or 1300 calories a day, with 1 hour walking. Anybody else having similar issues?
