You can do it! I plan to be down 22lbs by March and I have 3 kids and work. I can't imagine adding a toddler and school into the mix but you can do anything you put your mind too!

I'm on my second week of Live Fit and could really use the support. Earlier this year I did the first two phases but got busy and with no one keeping me accountable I quit. Hoping to complete all three phases and looking for buddies who are doing it too.

Team 3 12/1 2.5 miles 12/2 3 miles 12/3 4 miles 12/4 1 mile All right team 3, I will have a lot better numbers this coming week! I'm finishing up finals and am just squeezing in as much as I can.

Today I am Under calories work outs finished and water...way over! If I add a straw to my water cup I drink soooo much more. Anyone else like that?

I didn't realize you could make up days...phew that makes me feel so much better about taking Wednesday off. I'm going to make up for it this afternoon. Yesterday my husband took me out to dinner and I totally blew it with my calories! I couldn't resist the fondue and the potato pancakes and the blackberry margaritas. Oh…

I took 9/14 off and it felt great. For 9/15 Exercise: done Water: over Calories: Under 45 planks done and 125 crunches done. I'm hoping to get 150 crunches done today or I doubt I will make the 500 by Sunday. How is everyone else doing?

I was looking at week three and noticed the Pygmy and Bushmen have different team challenges. If we do the 500 crunches and the 5 mile run/walk can our team get points for both? I'm up for doing both but I'm not going to kill myself if we don't get the points for it. :-)
