I did the advance challenges this morning...I'm so glad I did Jillian before or that would have kicked my booty! I don't know if I will be able to get on the scale today since i'm headed out of town but when I weighed myself 2 weeks ago I was 152.2 so lets go with that. I will try really hard to find a scale at some point…

We are having pork carnitas burrito bowls from skinny taste. With all the veggies and guacamole because i can't have carnitas with out guacamole it should be about 350 calories but chances are I'll have seconds! My daughters school doesn't have hot lunch so I've been sending lunches for years. Peanut butter and jelly gets old quickly so I've gotten as creative as I can. When I started running I did 2 things. Bought an iPod so I could listen to music instead of my breathing and did a run walk combo. I would run for 30 seconds then walk for a minute and as it got easier gradually lengthened my running time and decreased my walking time. I also told my self that if anyone was looking at me…
