I have about the same amount to take off as you and I ended up having to up my calories to 1400. It helped me get out of the slump. Hang in there!

Welcome back Jennifer! I weigh the exact same amount but my goal is to get to 130 because I like food way to much and 120 would be torture to maintain I think.

The amazingly in shape lady at our gym that struts around in front of you and checks to see if you are looking at her. It gets really annoying when she does it in front of my 15 year old son. Of course yesterday he asked if saw that OLD lady who kept flipping her hair and walking in front of him. HA HA!

I'm glad to hear it worked for you. I just told my husband I think I need to up my calories because I stalled out and can't take any more off and I'm starting to get frustrated. I hope it works for me too!!

That is fantastic! I'm doing 30dS and I hate level 2 as well. I'm not sure what it is about it but it ticks me off so I moved on to level 3 as quickly as I could.

You look great and he is going to be so happy! Focusing on your health during a deployment is a great way to make the time go faster. I did the same thing when my husband was deployed in '08!
