I have cheat days fairly frequently. For me it is something necessary to keep the weight loss thing going long term and makes the whole process feel like less of a diet. Maybe the longer I get healthy the less cheat days I want but for right now I am happy.

I don't bake as much anymore because I don't have the self control. Chances of salmonella are slim, and you aren't eating raw chicken fetus' so that doesn't work for me. My best bet is cleaning everything immediately, sill the batter bowl full of water, take the mixers and pour soap on them etc.

My husband has a utilkilt and is very proud of it.

I got on Mirena the same week I started to make an effort and lose weight. So far I have lost 15lbs easily.

Stress makes it harder to get pregnant so I would just relax. I just had two babies in the last couple of years and my advice is don't stress. Eat healthy and exercise but coffee isn't going to kill the baby, fish isn't going to kill the baby. Everything in moderation.

I put lightly active. I am a stay at home mother, so am going to the park, cleaning, grocery shopping and playing for a good portion of the day.

I am a stay at home mother with an infant and a toddler. I put lightly active, as I am up and playing with them and taking them to the park etc.

MFP actually takes away calories for pushing a stroller as opposed to walking without, I guess it thinks you are walking slower.

I just had my second baby thirteen months after my first. I know how you feel. I am trying to lose all that baby weight and it's hard and I know I will never look the same because no matter how much I lose my body is different now. But I try and look at it through the positive, I'm a different person after having two…

That's where I got my tattoo done! It's been 5 years so no idea who did it though.

I'd log both, better in my mind to over guess than under.

I'm British and not allowed to donate here in the states.

I have two small children (both under two) and do my exercising at home, hopefully if they nap at the same time. If all else fails, we go on walks.

160 because thats what I was before I had my two children. I then want to lose an additional 20, but just to be at prepregnancy weight would make me feel accomplished and that its worth doing what I am doing.
-
I've thought about that too! I was once watching, thinking how horrible it would be to be watching the news and all of a sudden my fat butt was on the screen

I'm just under 5'8" and my first goal is 160, which is pre children weight. Then my stretch goal is 140, but as I get down there I will see what I feel comfortable at. Under 150 is ideal.

I got Mirena about a month ago, the same week I seriously started to do something about my weight. Obviously its early days yet, but I have been losing weight at about the rate I would expect. Outside of weight side effects, I have been cramping for pretty much the entire month as if I am having a month long period. That…

I was doing so well until the evening when I decided to bake a batch of brownies and have a couple more beers with them. Oh well today is a new day and I am not going to give it all up like I have done in the past.

I worked for Kohls for 3 years! I quit at the beginning of the year because I was having my 2nd child. I completely agree with the positive message about tomorrow being another day. Never give up

Personally I wouldn't log it. I would think of it as a bonus but wouldn't log it because its something that is more than likely going to get overestimated and then I would feel like I'm cheating.

I know I couldn't run a 5K. Congratulations to you, and don't worry about the naysayers, if they have nothing better to do than put people down than they must have pretty pathetic lives.

I pretty much had back to back pregnancies. The oldest one is 16 months and the young one is 3 months, suffice it to say right now looking at my baby belly I don't think it will ever fully disappear.

I just did day 1 and it kicked my *kitten*. I just wanted it to end, but I knew going in I am way out of shape and really need it.

I've always needed a lot so normally make sure I get my 8 hours. I have a twelve week old and am still up twice a night with her so that doesn't help and then my toddler is always up nice, bright and early so no sleeping in.
-
I have two under two as well, and you are right. When one starts to go a little stir crazy inside we all take a walk and we all feel better.

My goal is to become healthier without giving up anything. I have to teach myself moderation and portion control. Life wouldn't be fun without chocolate cake with a glass of wine every now and again.

I am 5'7" and would be happy to be an 8 again, but would be ecstatic to get to a 6. I am currently around a 12. It is really hard but I try not to dwell on the sizes because the stores vary so much.

I have a 16 month old and a 12 week old, and currently trying to lose all the pregnancy weight I gained in the last two years.
