I wish I could help! I'm a SAHM, but I have to go to the gym to work out. It's the only way that I can fit it in. Bump!
-
I personally would go with the one piece. I think it's more flattering.

BUMP!

Thanks! I love it too :)

Wow! Great job!!

Thanks for the advice! I do lift heavy (for me, anyway) so that I can do up to 12 reps. If I can do more than that, I up the weight. Since I'm going to the gym this morning, I will definately try the warm up, weights, then cardio. :-)
-
My current goal is to lose 50 lbs, so cardio is really important to me right now, along with the weights.
-
That's what I've been doing (cardio then weights), and I wanted to make sure that I was doing it the best way possible.

Depends on what kind of sugar. MFP doesn't diferentiate between natural sugars and processed sugar. So if a lot of your sugar is coming from fruits, it's okay. But if it's coming from processed food, it's not good at ALL.

This is mine too. It really depends, though. I've never been thin as an adult, so when I feel happy with my weight, I think that's when I'll stop trying to lose. The last time I was that thin, I was like 12 or 13.

I personally need to eat back my excercise calories. I feel starving if I don't. But there are people who dont' have to. It's all about what works for you. I find that I lose much more weight when I eat more than when I eat less.

Hi! I'm a mom of 3, 5 1/2 year old girl, almost 4 year old boy, and an 18 month old girl. :)
-
I get stuff at Target and/or Wal Mart.

Welcome! I'm working on losing the baby weight of 3 babies. LOL. This is a great place!
-
You look GREAT!!! Good job!

Welcome! We're all here to support you along your journey. :)

I wouldn't personally wean until 12 months, but I'm not going to push my thoughts on you. If you're breastfeeding, you should add 500 calories to your normal diet. If you're partially breastfeeding, I'd add at least 300 just so your body is still getting the adequate nutrition it needs to nurse your baby. And keep taking…

That sounds about right to me. I started at 228, and a size 18/20 depending. When I got down to 205, I was at a 16. When I was around 170, I was a size 12. For me, it's about 20 lbs/clothing size.

1200 calories isn't enough. You need to be eating back all of your exercise calories. You also need to watch your sodium intake. And you workout should be half cardio, half weights. Not mostly cardio, and some weights. Half and half is how you will lose the most weight.

B. Mostly because if I had more than enough money, I could continue to work on my goal weight.

That's awesome! Kids are hard work, but SO much fun (as my two girls are sharing a tea set across my laptop). Just make sure you're ready!!

For me, it's helpful to think about my halfway point. I have a HUGE end goal in mind, but losing 90 lbs, to me, seems like a LOT of work, and can be very discouraging. So I've come up with a first goal, and that's to get down to my high school size. Much more doable! And after that, I'm going to keep setting goals for…

That's awesome!! Way to go!!

It's all water weight. On our periods, we can "gain" as much as 5 lbs with water weight. Weight again in a week, and you'll be fine :) Just remember to drink lots and lots of water.

Thanks everyone!! :)

That's when my husband gets paid so that I can join the gym :)
