Gym NSV!
For a while, I've been doing the interval training on the treadmill, from 3 to 5 mph. I've had to stop in the middle, or lower the speed, or stop early. How can I get more protein into my diet? I know I need a lot, and I try to eat eggs, chicken, and stuff like that but I sitll can't seem to get my protein up.

Which order should workouts go?
I've been going to the gym for about a week now, and I want to get the most out of my gym time. Should I do cardio first then weights? Or weights first? Or some combo of cardio/weights/cardio or weights/cardio/weights?

Sauna?
My gym has a sauna, but I've never used it before. But I read a little blurb that they have up on their website that using the sauna aids in weight loss and other issues as well. Is that true? Does it work for you?
