For a while, I've been doing the interval training on the treadmill, from 3 to 5 mph. I've had to stop in the middle, or lower the speed, or stop early. Today, after doing Body Pump, I got on the treadmill for 20 minutes. I DID THE ENTIRE 20 MINUTES!! Running for 2.5 minutes, walking for 90 seconds. I am SO proud of myself!! I know 20 minutes isn't too long, but I feel great! :-)

Huge NSV!!! Seeing that kind of fitness progress is more motivating than scale numbers to me. Getting fitter and healthier - YAY!!0
