I must say that I am starting to become VERY proud of myself. I joined the gym on Friday, and did my first workout. I felt AWESOME!!! And I get to shower and get dressed uninterrupted since the kids are in the daycare.
Then today I decided I needed to go again, even though I am EXHAUSTED and still very VERY sore from Friday. But I went anyway. It wasn't a long workout, maybe 45 minutes, but I DID IT. And I'm glad I did. I'm glad I didn't listen to my husband who wanted me to stay home. I'm glad I did what I needed to do for myself! My plan is to get to the gym every other day right now, since I'm just starting out. And I'm sticking to it, for once!!! And I honestly can't believe that I'm excited about going to the gym.

That's awesome,,i signed my family up to the gym this week and expected to go alone ,but my hubby and kids joined me every trip and they love it..maybe you can get your hubby to join you as well..
It does feel better after you get up and go and feel like you have accomplished something.....
Good job,,keep it up....You can so do this,,before you know it ,,it will be every day going because it just makes you feel so good after a workout..0
