I honestly only have 10-20 lbs i'd like to lose. I lost nearly 40 lbs over the last several year and kept it off. I can't seem to lose the last lbs. They are stubborn.

What is your go to food for fiber?

Not much weight really. I am about 10 lbs away from the normal range of weight. I'd like to lose those 10 lbs this summer. Maybe next year lose another 10 lbs or so. I am pretty good at maintaining where I am at but my body just wants to hold on to those 10 lbs like a lifeline or something!

I am late to the game but I have lost 6 pounds the last 2 weeks. I am at 152 and want to be at 143 which gets me to "normal" body weight and back to where I was last year and pre COVID/gym closing. I think I could lose 9 lbs by the end of June? I could use some motivation! How is your goal going?

I was having these issues too. I got great advise here and started losing again. I had to recalculate my goals. I put myself as sedentary and that reduced my calorie intake by a few hundred calories. That is a good idea. I think I was eating around 1200-1500 a day. I think I need to change my settings to sedentary since I have a desk job. This is interesting to me. I can't seem to lose weight unless I go between 1100-1200 a day. If I go over, I stay the same or I gain weight. I do exercise as well 3-5 times a week.
