i work out at night as well and follow it with a protein shake. it's been working well I use EAS Carb control bc it's very low in calories, fat & sugar so really I am only getting the protein plus i stay up for a while so it's about 2 hours after i work out and before i go to bed

here's my eating out trick... drink a diet soda beforehand. the carbonation fills you up a bit.. then i always start with a salad (light dressing or O&V) and a big glass of water... by the time real food comes i end up taking a few fork fulls and im done - i ensures i dont over eat plus i have left overs for lunch the next…

NO!!! it's the best... i have no choice but to work out at night do to my schedule so for after workout protein i'll poach 2 eggs, & have a slice of wheat toast with laughing cow cheese spread on it - 245 cal breakfast/dinner!!!!!!!!

my fav low cal snacks.... banana, apples, dole fruit cups (no sugar added), light apple sauce cups, special k fruit crisps, no fat pudding cups, yogurts, raisin box.... most of these things do not require a refrigeration so they are great on the go!

it's def ok to only have a 200-300 light meal or snack at night & have your big meal mid day. you dont want to eat heavy before bed anyway,

today's lunch is small greek salad & 1/2 cup of rosemary grilled chicken breast... i usually pack my lunch from home but it's a holiday so my company sprang from lunch.... my food diary is public so check it out for some great ideas!!!

im normally 200-300= calories under even after i work out & eat dinner.... im not hungry plus it's late after i work out so is it ok to be a bit under

The whole net / gross calories really confuses me & after reading this, I have no idea if I am eating and excersizing enough to loose weight - maintain weight or gain weight!!! I DEF EANT TO LOOSE IT!!! I stay in the 'green' for my calorie intake & do the same-ish excersise daily. can someone help!
