I put slices of lemon, lime and orange in mine. It gives the water taste so I find that I drink a lot more :)

I gained about 30 pounds within a year when they switched my pills from a monthly pill to a 3 month cycle. The doctor took me off of that particular brand but still in a 3 month cycle and I have only been able to loss some of it. The meds my doctor has me on is straight estrogen due to ovarian cysts. Weigh in 160.4 Really bad week on the challenges but I was under on calories every day and completed water every day except Saturday. I am feeling better so I will get back on track for this week's challenges :)
