  • Agree completely Just tried Spaghetti squash a few weeks ago and I prefer it over pasta now. It is filling and great on it's own flavored with garlic and other spices of your choice and with sauces of all sorts!!!
  • Okisois Dannon Vanilla is the best Yogurt I have ever had and will never switch again. Before that it was Medetrianian but the Fat content was too high for my diet!
  • Organic Dark Chocolate Cocos Nibs if you have a bulk barn anywhere near you. I have fallin in LOVE with them they are 60cals for 10g and the chocolate is so pure that you only need 5-10 little nibs to satisfy any chocolate craving!
  • I'm im the same boat you need to realize that there is more in some than just posted food. I'm an emotional eater so emotional states are important for me to track as well and not so important for other people to know if I"m happy depressed, emotional all together or PMSing! You are only seeing it as one part!

  • I have found the one thing that has saved me a LOT of cals and it has become my heaven.. .Bulk Barn Organic Dark Chocolate Cocoa Nibs they are 60cals for 10g but they are so powerful that you only need 3-4 little nibs (look like chocolate covered ezpresso beans) THEY ARE AMAZING!!!
