  • Actually, this appears to be a myth. http://www.snopes.com/food/ingredient/arbys.asp I don't eat there anymore anyway because Lion's Choice is better for the same type of sandwiches. Ate there a little over a week ago. Where else can you get a custard cone that is only 54 calories for 15 cents!?

  • Yep! That's exactly what I got teased about!
  • How times change. I remember being made fun of several times in high school because of my thigh gap. I don't think mine ever went away even at my heaviest weight. That's just not really where I gain much. I think it probably is true that a lot of it is genetic.
  • I weigh 120 lbs. and am a 4/6.
  • First name: 1,461,133 Last name: 116 whole name: just 1, me. :D
  • If you google frame size and ideal weight you'll come up with lots of different calculators. I just checked one, and it said 143-163 for a large frame. Medium was 133-147 and small is 123-136.
  • I've been stuck for a month at about 126 (I have a very small frame and most weight I gain goes to my mid-section.) My goal had originally been 125, and I'd only changed it to 120 when I started getting close and my tummy still didn't look like I wanted, but I've now realized what I really need is muscle. My measurements…
  • I was very skinny and could eat whatever I wanted and not gain til I got to about my mid-twenties. Even after that, it's not that I suddenly started packing on pounds. It's been more of a gradual thing. Considering how badly I've eaten at times, it's kind of surprising I didn't gain more.
  • I have the FT4 as well. If you push the upper right button while exercising you can scroll through the screens and one of them shows your zone and where you are in it. Mine is constantly beeping at me to tell me I'm under or over.
  • Oh no. I have an adult size hoop. I just thought when one said weighted they meant more of an exercise hoop rather than a dance type hoop. Still learning all this stuff! :)
  • I've never considered myself tall at 5' 7"! Maybe that's because I'm the short one in my family. My mom is 6'. So no, I've never felt too tall wearing heels.
  • How fun!! And how did I miss that Groupon! :(
  • Hi everyone. I'm Jennifer. I've been hooping on and off for about 6 months, but have really started doing it more regularly the last few weeks. Nothing fancy, as I've just been doing it in my apartment and would prefer not to take out any of the lamps! I'm planning on joining the local YMCA next weekend, and they have a…
  • I've lost 16 lbs. and have about 6 to go. They're being much more resistant to going away than the first 16! I'd be ok at this weight though if I just got my belly looking better. Feel free to add me.
  • I just started Kettlebells also and am loving it. I've been following the exercises at http://livefitrevolution.org. She is RKC certified, and really seems to know what she's doing and it's a free nonprofit. There is actually a place to train with kettlebells really near me, but you have to pay $600 to have individual…
  • 120. I have a small frame.
  • Chocolate, and I haven't even tried to stop. I have two pieces of See's everyday while my son is napping. One Molasses Chip, which is only 38 Cal. and one truffle or cream type. I just have them worked into my calorie goal.
  • I've hula hooped twice since I got my HRM on Sunday, and I burned between 50-60 calories per 10 minutes. Mine isn't weighted though.

  • I just got the Polar FT4 this morning. So far, I really like it. Was really easy to get set up and going. I got mine at REI for $62, but I had a 20% off coupon and rewards bucks. Full price there is $90.
  • CW: 125.8 GW: 120 Measurements: Bust: 34 A - That never changes no matter how much weight I gain or lose! Waist: Currently 27.75" - I'd like to get it to 27" Hip: 36.75" - I'm happy with that. Basically, 95% of any weight I gain goes right to my middle. :P
  • MFP has me at 1200, and that's generally what I've been aiming for. I rarely eat my exercise calories, but I think I'm going to start trying to eat some of them back because I've kind of stalled the last week or so. :( Although, I think I lost a 1/4" in my waist and hips, so I guess my body is doing something.
  • jac264 & js268 both look like possible twins. :) Here's me: SW: 142 CW: 125.8 GW: 120 (Although, I'd be happy just getting my waist down one more inch even if my weight didn't go down.) Exercise I do is mostly elliptical, pilates and some Hula Hoop.

  • I'd love to join too! :)
  • My goal is 120. It may sound low, but I have a very small frame and 95% of my weight goes to my tummy and a bit to my hips. My goal was originally set at 125, but I'm almost there (125.8 this morning), and I still have more tummy fat than I want. In my early 20's, I was between about 105-110 and could eat anything I wanted…
