Pretty much the same. Maybe a little fruit w/ 2 cups of coffee b4 work. A piece of PB toast and half an apple around 9am. And a little hit of protein (usually a few nuts) and some more fruit around 11am- before a noon workout.

Brkfst- 1 low fat almond biscotti snack 1- banana, sunflower seeds lunch- pita, hummus, 50 cal. dried fruit snack, spinach- evoo/lemon juice snack 2- apple dinner- small lean steak, pita, wild rice I find that if I have a sweet tooth after dinner- a diet rot beer does the trick

Hello! I would love to join a group for support. I have been active for years, and have lost my enthusiam in the past few months, I'd like to lose 10 pounds and maintain an active lifestyle again. If my jeans lossened up by my 40th birthday in March I'd be pretty happy!
