I was wondering whether to get a BMF as my HRM seems to stop now and again if I get really sweaty and move around a lot :( wondering whether its a good idea now :(

Thanks for the tips - really appreciate - have tried to search for info on strength training routines for the gym machines but finding it hard to find any info - if anyone can point me in direction then would be very grateful - ie what machines to do together etc x

Another agreeing with myprotein - I have the unflavoured whey - low in cals, sugar and carbs ;)

Thanks for replying - I have got 17lb left to loose - maybe I will carry on with the -20 and the work down in -15 Will be back to normal.burns next week when the kids r back at school - did go for a long walk today - and playing netball tomorrow night so that should be another burn ;)

Ok thanks - so burns over 320 then I will eat more.to cover bmr ;) had been doing higher cals since Jan but not much movement on the scales and a little movement on the inches - really want scales to go down to get.me in middle of healthy range - had gone down a little.in cals again as no movement for 4 weeks - am now…

Hi quick question - my tdee.incl deficit is 1785 and my bmr is 1465 - I work out cardio 3-5 times a week and strength train too do I still need.to log my exercise and make sure I don't go under bmr or should I just follow my.tdee cut on everyday ?

I gave up all biscuits (that go in the biscuit barrel) and cookies and crisps ..... Only 4 days to go ;) its not been easy but I agree do-able ;)

Got my figures and have read this thread.... thanks for all that have contributed. I gym it 3 / 4 times a week - cardio and strength. Am I right in thinking u eat the BMR + 20% and then on a exercise day u make sure ur net is your BMR ?
