I am anxious to get results soon. So I am thinking of combining Body Revolution with 30 Day Shred... Do you think that is too much? I don't, considering people who will go on jobs for hours and what not lol

No, I agree with you on the Cardio Max. It was a disappointment along with another DvD I tried to give a chance. I LOVE turbo fire, have yet to touch insanity. I don't want to do insanity until at least 2 weeks after turbo fire, to get my body ready to go again. Thanks for the help though! :)

I pulled a muscle in my lower back doing one of the routines, so I am going to relax for the day but I love turbofire! I am only finishing up week one and I wake up at 6 am just to do the workouts! haha!

It really helps with Chalene because she is inspiring and upbeat. I did only 2 days and my calves BURN when I walk. But I must do today's as well. (: I am already seeing progress. 3 lbs lost so far! :D

It has actually been discussed with scientists and weight loss specialists that water itself holds no nutrient value. The reason water is recommended though is because it is natural, and the best thing to fill you up before a meal. You need to keep yourself hydrated and water is the best thing you can do.

The hardest part is indeed starting...I am gong to do the turbo fire program, but I don't know when to start. I close work tonight (at a daycare at 6:30) and am tired when I get home...Should I force myself to do it tonight? Or do it early morning?
