Try adding some fiber powder to your drinks/ or smoothies. It swells/bulks out your drinks/foods, and is one of my favorite food tools. I use Psyllium Seed Whole Husks fiber powder. It keeps my hunger at bay, and is a colon cleanser as well. This will help with regular bowel movements.

Thank you for the tips. I've been at about 80+ g of protein per day. Good to go back and recalculate according to my activity level, but at least I know not to go overboard, as it can have adverse affects. And thanks to all here.
