I couldn't find 5k Runner app on Android market but the c25k lite looks like its gonna work. It lets me run Pandora in the back, but I cant change stations or the c25k timer stops. Oh well...it'll work for now. I'm so excited to get back into running tomorrow!

Just started wk 3 and I feel fantastic. Lost 6 lbs in the first 2 wks...but I haven't checked inches. The low carb diet is really helping me to slim down, not just in my abs but all over. Are you eating a "big" breakfast? Eating more in the morning is suppose to help with those afternoon cravings. I think its great that you are drinking your water to avoid those cravings as well. I know when those afternoon cravings kick in it's because I haven't had enough water.

How many days are you into the Shred? I'm loving Rev Abs so far, but it's only the first week :) Sounds like you are focusing on your buns and core. Do you feel those are your "trouble" spots?

Checking in- This week was really good. I ate every 2-3 hrs which I NEVER DO, and because I did I have felt so much better. I've exercised every day (nothing new) and I drank lots of water. I stayed within my calories....until tonight LOL but I don't think I went overboard too bad. Staying Strong!

Same again today 155. I haven't moved in 2 weeks. I think that is a success considering the season and the seasonal foods that are around. I've lost 22 lbs this year and 10% body fat. I dropped 10% body fat and lost 20 lbs. I also got certified to teach Turbo Kick. Now my life changes are paying off-literally :)

That's fantastic! I know how you feel about family feeling "obligated" to comment about your weight loss, but when someone who isn't aware of your journey and goals notices, it puts you on cloud 9. Congrats on your 15 lbs.

I'm up 3 lbs :( 159 again BUT I realized I haven't been eating enough for a couple weeks so I think that has a lot to do with it. I have however lost 6 inches in the last 25 days so that is more important than the pounds on the scale!!

Before Aug 2008 217 "After" July 2010 155 Its been a slow journey but I've done what works for me and usually that means working hard for 3-6 months and then maintaining for a few months and then getting back to it. The point is to never give up! I still have about 15 lbs to go but I'm getting there!!
