What am I doing wrong?
I'm logging everything I put in my mouth. I'm eating my calories, rarely do I go over and I'm never too far under. I'm eating healthy things not crappy thing to stay in my calorie range I'm drinking my water, any where from 80-100 oz a day. I'm exercising, I jog or walk 4 miles a day and sometimes more. Walking vs Jogging
As far as a cardio workout I'm wondering what the benefits are to jogging vs walking. I can get my HR in the zone by just walking and if I jog it goes over the zone. It's been 7 years since I got pregnant with my first child. I was 175 ish (if I recall grandma's scale was a little off but I don't remember how much) in Jan 2002.... And today for the FIRST TIME since, I weigh 175!!!! SWEET VICTORY!!!

Tai Chi
