One good reason

I need one good reason to workout this morning. I've been doing great for weeks but today I just don't wanna :grumble: Can someone please give me a good push??

    Because it's an awesome thing you can do for yourself. :)
  • because you dont want one day of no exercise to turn into two,,,three,,,etc

    I was hung over from a great Bunco last night and I got up and got by booty to the gym! I feel so much better! You can do it!

    Thank you...those are all VERY good reasons to get movin....but the one reason I found to be the biggest motivation-I need to exercise SO I CAN EAT :laugh: :tongue: :happy:

    I did it. 50 minutes of Cardio and some lower body toning-755 calories WOOT!!
    And yes I feel better
    And yes I'm warm
    And I will work out again tomorrow :wink:
