I need one good reason to workout this morning. I've been doing great for weeks but today I just don't wanna :grumble: Can someone please give me a good push??

because you dont want one day of no exercise to turn into two,,,three,,,etc0

I was hung over from a great Bunco last night and I got up and got by booty to the gym! I feel so much better! You can do it!0

Because it will warm you up! (I'm freezing right now)0

Thank you...those are all VERY good reasons to get movin....but the one reason I found to be the biggest motivation-I need to exercise SO I CAN EAT :laugh: :happy:

I did it. 50 minutes of Cardio and some lower body toning-755 calories WOOT!!
And yes I feel better
And yes I'm warm
And I will work out again tomorrow0
