I have wii fit but i hate that it doesn't show a calorie count so I mostly do wii active. which is fine because wii active is far more exercise then wii fit. I have yet to buy wii fit plus or wii active more workouts but I want to get that very badly...

When I was younger if I pushed myself too hard at practice this would happen to me I'm pretty sure it has to do with dehydration and/or electrolytes...

I have Crunch: Boot Camp Training out in my queue but haven't gotten the chance to try it yet. I also own hiphop abs but haven't done that yet either i dont know why but I seem to have issues with work out videos. I can spend an hour a day at the gym or do wii active for hours on end but i can't get into work out videos lol

My Wii has always been off it thinks I weight about 5-10lbs less then I do. I would say the most accurate is going probably to be the digital scale...

Also make sure you are eating enough protein! I've found that on the days I don't eat enough protein I am very sluggish in the evening when I go to the gym...
