My Fiance and I are Vegans He does not like veggies either... But that resulted in my gaining a lot of weight because we were always eating junk food & processed food. My favorite exercise is from back when I was in gymnastics, I'm not sure what it's actually called though... I call them Kip Exercises because they build the muscles needed for doing glide kips on bars... I'm not sure if they have a real name though... I also do crunches on a balance ball!

Honestly Any reason to cut or limit meat is a okay by me. I'm not gonna fight anyone about anything cause well that's just not the way I roll do what you want, but I am always happy to help out with anything! :-D

Our problem is we love our meat substitutes and they're very loaded with carbs! But I started eating mostly veggies and the weight just started to go!

I know it can sometimes be hard being a vegetarian (I'm a Vegan) when you're not preparing your own food... I'd say just try to avoid eating too many carbs...

I don't know if you live near a Wegmans but they sell bulk Nut. Yeast for like 7 or 8... We go through sooooo much of it in my house.... sooooo yummy!

It all depends on your body... I lose weight in my waist first but have a hell of a time getting rid of arms and legs... even when I'm smaller i still have big boobs...
