What's your daily calorie & weight lose goal?

My daily Calorie Goal is 1200.
My weight lose goal is another 55lbs at least then I will reaccess at that point...

    I am supposed to be at 1200 but it's too damn hard for me. I am 68 kg and will be happy at 55-60 kg.

    My calorie goal is 1220 and I am looking to lose about 59 more pounds... give or take. I may be happy before that or I may want to lose more I'll see when I get closer :-)

    My daily calorie goal is currently 1920.

    Weight loss goal is 27 kilo's but that is based on where I think I will achieve a body fat percentage in the "fitness" category (14%-17%). Given I am fairly heavily set, I will likely still be large when I am in that range, but will be more healthy.

    My intake goal is 1200. My goal would be to lose another 60ish pounds. I will know when I get closer.

    daily goal - 1720 cals
    overall weight to lose - 10 -15 lbs but i'll settle for 10

    I'm very bottom heavy with a tiny waist so even when I get down to my current goal I'll still probably be bottom heavy, but I'm okay with that. Good luck!

    My calorie goal is 1500, I want to lose 59 more pounds (or somewhere around there), which would put me at 155 at 5'8"

    my calorie goal is 1200 and i only have like 8 more pounds to reach my goal. have already lost probably a little over 50lbs :)

    MFP says for me to eat 1230, but I usually have an net ranging from that to 1600.

    I want to lose at least another 20 pounds, and maybe more after that.

    I alternate between 1200 and 1500, zigzagging I suppose. I am hoping to lose 50 pounds to start with, and see how I feel there. :) I'm 5' 10", around 200 pounds, and hold my weight ridiculously well, so I'm not sure exactly how much I need to lose to be at my ideal shape.

    1200 calories. I want to lose 50 pounds, but that might be too much.. losing 20 would probably be more reasonable/healthy.

    1300 net, but I usually eat around 1700 with my exercise
    I just want to weigh less than 125, so 6 more lbs for me!

  • My cal intake is between 2000 and 2300. I want to lose another 65lbs that would put me at 230. I started this at 323 in October 2010 had knee surgery and had to start over on January 26th .

    My Bad, LOL! 1590 calories per day is my initial goal....my problem is that I don't eat ENOUGH...
