Absolutely! Between the thyroid meds, the Prozac, the healthy eating, and the working out, I was MORE than good to go! I do take a vitamin D supplement. My doctor recommends 400 IU every day, but I double that... haha.

They sent them to my doctor, and she reviewed them with me at my next appointment.

I can't wait until I'm able to do what you've done. ^_^ Also, no joke, I have the same bedding!

I generally burn 900-1100 in an hour. I have my HRM with me every time, and I occasionally cross-check it with zumbacalories.com. It always lines up pretty well, which gives me a lot of confidence. :)

Ahhh I'm so excited! After a couple of weeks of my first (albeit, small) plateau, I broke through, and I'm on the cusp of having lost 30 pounds. ^_^

I swear by Zumba too! It really is partying your way into shape. It's increased my endurance and lung capacity and sped up my weight loss. I was addicted after the very first class! I go three times a week and usually burn about a thousand cals for the hour. It's amazing and FUN!

I LOVE Zumba! It's been a staple in my weight loss journey. I go two to four days per week, and typically burn 800-1100 calories each time, depending on how hard I push myself. There's a calorie calculator at zumbacalories.com that takes into consideration your weight and gender and how hard you work, and figures how many…

I don't know, I'm kind of a creeper too. ;) Stalking profiles for inspiration and such.. haha. I'm actually really excited. A few months ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was warned about my high cholesterol and troubling blood sugar levels. I thought, I'm too young for this! So at that point (and with the help…

I have hypothyroidism - I was diagnosed a few months ago and have lost 25 pounds as the result of eating well, working out, and taking thyroid hormone replacements.
