Hi everyone! Just signed up. I've been on livestrong.com for a while, but decided to check things out here after hearing so many good things. It helped me lose 150 lbs! Anyone in Ohio?

    Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm outside Dayton and spend a lot of time in Cincinnati running Fit Clubs and hanging out with family. What tools do you guys recommend on this site? I only used livestrong for the calorie counting (food AND exercise).

    Anyone in the Cincinnati and Dayton area interested in getting together for FREE group workouts? We have them 3 days a week so far and trying to organize more. Time to end this trend of obesity, starting in our own communities!

    I like in California now but great up in Warren. Went to YSU and used to work at the (now defunct) Cord Camera in Boardman!
