I have panic and anxiety attacks all the time :frown: They suck but exercising has helped.... great way to relieve stress :smile: I suffer from insomnia too :frown:

yes all that info may be true but for some people (like me) if i dont drink water my skin gets all nasty, i get constipated and I feel like I am constantly hungry. No i do not drink exactly 8 glasses every single day but I definately make a point out of drinking some and drinking water when I am thirsty...

Thank you someone who finally understands... For smaller people if your TDEE-500= less than 1200 then eat at your BMR and have just a little slower loss... its not worth it to try and make your body run on no fuel!

@leighjam- if you are struggling to meet 2000 try incorparating calorie dense things like nuts. I would say try to eat atleast 2400... try to meet your macros too (fat, protein, carbs ect...) if you are not meeting those then you know what you need to incorporate more of. @ MUByM- I would eat somewhere between your BMR and your TDEE... I think a good starting point for you would be to eat 1700 and eat your exercise calories. Everyone is different and you might need to eat more or less than this to see a loss but never net below 1430. @hanneberries- If you want to lose more than lb a week…

@ rpfitness6- no... you have probably calculated your TDEE wrong. That calculator is a very simple calculator... Do not net below your BMR of 1326. You should probably eat around 1500 calories a day.

I like the 14% guy he is not overly "ripped" but he does have muscle definition and looks like he takes care of himself... the 20% guy is not bad either I like guys with a little pudge it makes them cute :)

just get out there and enjoy it! Also make sure you look up proper running posture otherwise you are going to get really sore :) start off slow and work your way up.... your still lapping everyone on the couch :P I just came home from an 8.5km run and it was awesome... good luck xoxoxox

Holy cow! I just finished day 1 and it was actually a really good workout :) According to my HRM I burned 220 calories in 35 minutes :) Another great video series to check out is POP pilates xoxo good luck
