Hi, I am new to myfitnesspal but I have already lost 40lbs on my own :smile: All I did was cut out the junk i was eating and cut my portion sizes down. I also started drinking 11 8 oz. glasses of water a day which not only helped flush me out but it also cut my acne in half... :smile: I hope you find this helpful
