Extreme 30 day shred challenge :)

Okay I know by now everyone has heard of the 30 day shred but how about the Extreme 30 day shred challenge. The challenge consists of completing 2 LEVELS IN ONE DAY!! *GASP* I have been doing this for 3 days and have lost 2 lbs so far and feel like I am getting way more of burn. Below I have made a calendar up of which levels you do on what day. To join this challenge the first 25 people to add me as a friend and post their starting weight on this thread will be accepted into the challenge. It will be starting on October 24 (Monday) until November 24
Here is how the week goes
Day 1: Level 1+3
Day 2: Level 2+3
Day 3: Level 1+2
Day 4: Level 1+3
Day 5: Level 2+1
Day 6: Level 3+2(+1 Optional)
Day 7: Level 3+1
So add me as friend then post your starting weight/measurments (optional) on this thread.... I am not skilled enough to make a badge but once a week on my blog on Mondays I will post a chart with starting weight, end of week __ weight and total weight lost during the week. Winner gets bragging rights!!!! Lets get shredding, Ready, Set, Go!

    I want to do this, excited about starting it but not sure how to start.. directions clues hints any help would be great
  • I spread them out and dont do them back to back (i would be dead) I usually do the first round then eat lunch then do the next round 30 min after eating then I have snack after I finish round 2 :) plus do more stretching because you will get a little sore and last tip dont quit its only 40 min YOU CAN DO IT! the first time 10 min into the second round you are going to want to quit but dont!

    I was wondering if I could do the shred twice in a day.....and I can. I lived through it ; )
