I just made the most delicious tofu recipe. All I did was took a packaged of tofu and marinated it in coconut milk and curry spice. I let them special for an hour then I grilled them on my george forman grill with some peppers simple but delicious :)

I had a similar issue because I had intolerances to wheat, gluten, dairy and red meat. seriously try going gluten and lactose free.... it has helped me so much and its not as hard as most people think. Like metioned before have some healthy fats and drink lots of water!
