@kapeluza The image you got is a result of your screen name being really close to the Polish word for hat... kapelusz. In Polish grammar, sometimes the word becomes kapelusza in a sentence, and I think Google just assumed that's what you meant and autocorrected to search for those images. I eat snacks (both healthy and non-healthy) in moderation and within my calorie goals so I don't become completely miserable and give up. I've lost weight so far without having to drastically change what I eat. I think being able to enjoy some "guilty pleasures" in moderation helps to keep you on track.

I was 150 lbs before I started myfitnesspal in June. Now I am at 136 lbs and feeling much more comfortable in my own skin. I agree, it can seem slow sometimes, especially when you hit the 130's range, but just keep at it and you can see results eventually. Be patient. :)

I think it could be a good idea to just click on the parts of your body that you would like to tone (ex: abs, legs, etc.) and just do those workouts. That way you can focus on certain parts of your body and not necessarily get bulky all-around?
