I didn't "have to" cut anything out of my diet. But I chose to cut down on pop consumption. I drink mostly water or homemade (unsweetened) iced tea.

I have not cut out meat from my diet but from time to time I have had EXTREME CRAVINGS for meat. Sooooo it lead me to my good friend google to research it. What I found was that it could be your body telling you that you're deficient/low with protein intake. just my 2¢

It definitely sounds OFF to me. She's married, and has a husband to talk to. She should NOT be talking to another man for hours at a time or spending time with him that long UNLESS he's a counselor--even a counselling session wouldn't last but an hour.

Awesome!! Thank you for sharing this "treasure" I am "the fat girl". I used to run cross country in high school and am wanting to get back into it but I'm not even close. I can walk faster than I used to. I even tried a light jog the other day to see if I could do it--it was a bit painful. But I will not give up!

I vote no... too much artificial junk. If I want something sweet drink, I will have regular (non-diet) pop, juice or homemade iced tea with honey. For the most part I stick with water or homemade iced tea with no sugar or honey.

I always eat something before working out, BUT, I wait an hour or so, or I'd probably be sick. Just a thought: If your a person that does their workout in the morning, after not eating so many hours (while at rest), how can you expect your body to function well without fuel?

I like it with black pepper on it, by itself. Or with Mrs. Dash seasonings. I've never eaten it with fruit. The only other way I've eaten it was in lasagna. Sorry I'm not much more help than that.

Lean/athletic/ripped are fine if they look like some of the guys on World's Strongest Man or bigger (Bodybuilders)---no thank you. They look like they're made of plastic or leather. Big turn off.

I :heart: tats on guys. however, I cannot stand sleeve tats--esp if they're in vibrant colors. DH has one tat, & wants another. I'd like to get 1 or 2 also. But not until I am closer to my goal weight.
