I take a serving of cocoa almonds - 150 cal. 1 c. carrots & 1 T. peanut butter - 145 cal (I think) cottage cheese and fruit - 130-150 cal. banana & yogurt - 200 cal. hard boiled egg & serving of fat free lunch meat - 130-150 cal.

I agree with Katie. I weight myself once a week, because I get so depressed if it doesn't show me what I want to see. And we all know how much our weight fluxuates during the week. Ugh!!

I eat 5-6 times a day..every few hours. Small meals only...300-400 calories for meals and up to 200 for snacks. I'm never THAT hungry. I feel like I have more control because I'm not to the point of starving..ever. Love #9, by the way...been there! :O)

I'm in! My starting weight is 248.2. I see that everyone is doing 10 lbs..but I just don't think that's feasible for me in 4 weeks. I'm going to say 6 lbs.

I did fib. way back when...it was only about 20 lbs off...I've never changed it..and they've never asked. I would love to get back down there though. That is the goal!!

I used to be just like you. Now I don't mind it at all. I don't love it, but I don't mind it. When I go to the gym and work on the elliptical and the stationary bike, I take my kindle or a book and I read and listen to my ipod. It makes time fly. I've just accepted that it's something that I have to do. Good Luck!

When I don't feel like cooking...I head out to the places to get my favorite salads. Arbys, McDonalds & Wendy's. The family can eat what they want and I get the things that actually taste good to me.

I drink about 8-12. I have to push myself to do it though. Sometimes I just have to stand there and chug. But I know that my weight loss will suffer if I don't. That's what keeps me motivated to do so. I've been on a plateau for weeks....wondering what the problem was...Water!!! Ya gotta have it!! :O)
