I only have about 9 friends on MFP. But I like it that way. Its nothing personal towards anyone else. But the friends i have are in much like me. Same age range, gender and in the same life situation. So it feels very close knit. we keep tabs on each other. I like the small support group feel.

No I haven't taken measurements. But maybe I will start. I started playing hockey 3 days a week. So maybe I am building muscle. Also I am using a digital scale. Sometimes I wonder if the scale is super accurate. Thanks for the feedback! :)

I brew beer so I feel your pain. And the beer I brew usually is about 500 cal a bottle. So I have learned to share a lot. :) but portion control is really the key for me. I need to drink my beer. Thats not going to stop. But it's not everyday now and not even an entire bottle at a time. Believe me. I wish I could drink…
