Hey yes I’m doing Keto and on day 3 too :) Can I ask you a question - I’ve set my goals to keep my cabs at 20gs a day.... but I’ve just spotted the sugar, can you change the sugar too? I see I shot over my cabs yesterday because of this ops

For what it's worth every one is different and its learning how our body responds to food/stress/cycle etc but I've found my body can retain 1-3kgs of water retention and if I move it or gain that in a few days for any of the above reasons then I say water retention, but if I was to lost 3kg over a month, thru healthy…
