I've hit a plateau. I eat 1,200 calories on days I don't work out and 1,400 on days I do. I'm just wondering if I need a shock to my metabolism.

I love oatmeal. Don't buy instant oatmeal. Add a little cinnamon and a banana and the only sugar is good sugar from fruit. It's yummy!

I'm really aware of my knee alignment while working out. I'll have to try with more weight. I've been doing 8 lbs in each hand.

I'm a little over 5'7 and started MFP when I was 160 lbs. I'm down to like 138ish now. :)
