I came across this in a Google Search. I know the original post is 2 years old. I actually have birth to my son and had a Tubal Ligation 2 days after you created this post. I too now have PTLS and all of the symptoms you mentioned. I considering a reversal or complete hysterectomy to relieve my symptoms. I take…

Sorry that my math skills are lacking, how many lbs is that?

Agree with everyone else who said you are not eating enough. What you are doing is putting your body into Starvation Mode so it wants to hold on to and store everything you take in. You are actually being counter productive. MFP sets you up already at a caloric deficit so that you will lose weight. Add exercise to that and…

My Son is 16 months today!! :) Anyhow, you have done an amazing job thus far. Keep it up!

I buy sports bras with padded inserts. If I am wearing one without, I sometimes will just stick the pads in. Bandaids or folded up tissue works in desperation,.... but the tissue gets all sweaty and stuck to you.. Gross.

Thank you for posting this... However I would strongly recommend the use of real milk, or Almond or Coconut milk in the place of non dairy creamers. They are so unhealthy for you, and because your body doesn't even recognize them as food, they get stored as fat. Read this:…

Boobs are fat. That's why we lose them quickly, and the butt is one of the hardest muscle groups for women to train. The other thing that makes this difficult is simple old gravity. Especially after 35, and the fact we sit on it an awful lot. The answer is weight training. Absolutely essential, and I am not talking 5lb…

ahhhhhmazing!!!! And if that is your son, I am sure he was your inspiration to lead a healthier life. Congrats for that achievement and for being an awesome mommy who cares about being a healthy role model who is able to stick around to see your son grow up!

I have to agree with some previous posters that everyone needs SOME rest. Spinning every day? Yeesh... Ok so I typically workout 4 to 5 days per week. 4 days I do combo Lifting/Cardio. I mix up the order but one day is Chest/Tris, One day Back/Bi's , One day shoulders/calves and one day legs My cardio is typically 30-40…

exactamundo... and for other commenters, I am not saying you wouldn't lose weight if you eat a sandwich as long as you are within your caloric range, but why would you take everything that is horrible for you and make this the main crux of your diet? If you are going to have a sandwich, have it on fiber rich multi grain…
-
I would also like to touch on something no one else has... umm you took all of the things that are the absolute worst for you and put them into a sandwich. 1- A croissant- A buttery fat laden greasy pastry with zero nutritional value and about 200 cals and 10 grams of fat 2- Ham- Comes from a pig, salty, processed and…

No weights on Licenses here in CT either... and that is a good thing! My license does say I am 5'2 though and I am more like 5'3. When you are short, every inch, even quarter of an inch counts!!!

Thank you Nack23 Sorry I am late on this.. and thank you to everyone else who has weighed in. I do eat all of the things you have suggested, but all of the people I have spoken to who compete have eliminated most of this stuff from their diet and they eat chicken, chicken and more chicken. I was wondering what the diet of…

Uhmmmmm you took significant pains in dissecting my advice... I still stand by it 100%. It is not healthy to restrict carbs and coming from a family with Hereditary Heart Disease and also having worked for a Cardiologist, I stand by my Heart Disease Statement as well. And yes brain funciton is dependent on Carbohydrates…
-
Also...just as a side note, reviewed your diary and was curious... do you really eat mac n cheese every single day?
-
It is not a good idea to do any "Low Carb Diet Plan", there are so many complications in going this route. Your brain needs carbohydrates to function. They also provide energy and help you to feel more satiated. There is a definite mood association with restricting them. Also, there can be long term health cons from…

I log every single day as well. My diary is open to friends. I work out regularly and I eat well. I am lacto-ovo-pesco vegetarian....just no meat. I have only around 6 lbs to go to meet my goal. I had a baby last year and being the second time around for me I had a much harder time getting back to pre-pregnancy weight. 14…

Wheat bread causes an insulin spike. The only "good" kind of bread is sprouted whole grain (like Ezekiel Bread) but warning... it is dry as bricks and nasty
-
Soy, Whole Wheat Bread, Orange Juice, Artificial Sweeteners...thats all I remember
-
It would honestly be the last thing I wanted to do at the end of a day like that! Any chance of a lunch time workout during the work day? or as others have suggested a morning one although the only way I see that working is if you are at the gym by 4:30 am which is tough, especially in colder climates during the winter.

White is actually higher in sugar but all calorie content is similar... You are better off going with the red and also will probably tend to sip it more slowly since it is richer in body
