This week's challenge will be to complete some type of exercise you are not used to doing. I am 5'3, CW 192.8, zumba class is an hour long, I have a CVS brand HRM. My class is pretty intense but I certainly am not doing push ups. As long as you are within your calorie allowance for the 24 hr period it does not matter. Then again I work 7p-7a so my dinner is at 3am. :) But that is what I follow.

I dont have it at home because I simply don't have the motivation here as I do in a live class. I do want to get the wii game though. I have lost 9 lbs and 22 1/4 inches since May 22 all because of Zumba. It is the only workout I do.

Weigh in today is 193.8 Between work and the miles I did in Zumba I am going to estimate I did 5 miles each zumba class and 6 miles each night I worked so that is 33 miles total.

I can bend my toes at the middle joint and walk like that. It makes them look double jointed but the doc said I wasn't... IDK My fiance is more interesting...he can do the wave with his eyebrows and talk like scooby doo.

I have a $ 50 CVS brand one (which has a lifetime warrenty-if you don't like it you can return it) As long as you put your settings accurate (weight, height, age, gender, etc.) then it gives you the amount of calories you burned during a specific activity.

I have a CVS brand HRM that is just the watch. As long as you keep up with the settings (i.e. your changing weight) then it is considered accurate. I do know the chest strap ones are supposed to be more accurate however.
