What is motivating me right now is to maintain my weight at 105. I used to weigh 244 almost 5 years ago. I'm healthy and motivated to stay that way. I can keep up with my husband and walk my pup without wanting to quit.

I am a work in progress. I have lost 53 pounds and working very hard to get my weight down to 110 pounds. I enjoy MFP and it helps me to keep track of my calories and weight loss.
