Yes I agree. If you want my opinion skipping a meal ONCE in a while isn't bad just don't do it all the time. You want to keep your metabolism up.

You may not be losing weight but are probably losing inches. Please don't be discouraged. Nobody said it would be easy. Keep going, your end results are going to be amasing. :)

I am a diet pepsi junkie and know that stopping the soda will aid in losing weight but I also know that depriving yourself of the things you like isn't a good thing either, so this is what I do...I don't follow a specific diet but do stay within a certain number of calories, nor do I deprive myself of the things I like.…

Don't get discouraged...I know better said than done, but the slower the weight loss the easier it will be to keep it off. I have been dieting and exercising since June and would like to see more weight lost than what I have lost, but I also keep reminding myself that the slower I lose the easier it will be to keep it off.…

Congratulations! I understand all too well. I have the samething going on but no slapping. My long term plan is to have abdominalplasty after I am done losing weight (I have always wanted a flat tummy).

I agree pool that way you can exercise but not injure you foot more and you can also work your ankle slowly. Just take it easy. Good luck with the vascular specialist.

Who said it has to be sweet? It doesn't really matter what you eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, what matters is that you eat a somewhat healthy meal. I work out four times a day 30 minutes each. I try to do my first one by 9 am then by noon (just before lunch) then around 4:30 and the last one by 7 pm. I don't work right now so this works best for me. :smile:

It really isn't a holiday treat but I love, love, love, potato chips and dip. There is a store a few blocks from my house that sells the best chip dip (in my opinion), and I can't seem to get enough of them. So I just steer clear of them all together.
